Gary W. Joy

Gary founded JOY & ASSOCIATES in the fall of 2000 to specialize in all aspects of commercial real estate development. Joy & Associates is also the Preferred Developer for CVS Pharmacy for the state of Kentucky. Gary has extensive experience in all areas of design, site acquisition, development and construction, having developed projects from $1.5 million to $100 million. He works successfully with developers and retailers on a national basis, developing over 6 million square feet of commercial projects.
