Gary W. Joy

Gary founded JOY & ASSOCIATES in the fall of 2000 to specialize in all aspects of commercial real estate development. Joy & Associates is also the Preferred Developer for CVS Pharmacy for the state of Kentucky. In 2004, Kappa 3 Real Estate was created by the partnering of Gary W. Joy and Jerrold R. Perchik, creating a dynamic development company providing a full range of real estate services.

Gary has extensive experience in all areas of design, site acquisition, development and construction, having developed projects from $1.5 million to $100 million. He works successfully with developers and retailers on a national basis, developing over 6 million square feet of commercial projects.
